What We’ll Explore
Each week gently builds on the last, weaving together:
🌿 Asana (yoga postures): building strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance
🌿 Breathwork: calming practices to use during pregnancy, labour, and beyond
🌿 Meditation & relaxation: tools to nurture your emotional wellbeing
🌿 Themes for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum: giving you knowledge and confidence for the journey ahead
By the end of 8 weeks, you’ll feel more grounded, connected, and prepared — body, mind, and heart.

A Closed Group for Deeper Support
This is more than just a yoga class — it’s a journey we’ll take together over 8 weeks. With only 6 women, we’ll create a safe, intimate space where you can deeply explore practices to support your pregnancy, prepare for birth, and feel ready for your postpartum chapter.
Because it’s a closed group, you’ll journey alongside the same women each week, building connection, trust, and community.

Course Details
When: Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:45 pm

Where: Latrobe, Tas- in my backyard studio space (address given upon booking)

Group Size: 6 women (closed group — no drop-ins)
Investment: $150 (payment options available), includes yoga mats and props.
