I’m Rach, a postpartum doula, yoga teacher, circle holder and enthusiast of women’s health and empowerment. I created Becoming You (After Baby) because I know how important it is for mothers to feel nourished, held, and connected to themselves — not just their role as “mum.” It’s the workbook I yearned for during my own pregnancy and postpartum experiences.
