Women’s Circle meets Yoga Retreat

  • be witnessed in the reality of your experience- the big transitions of womanhood, either whilst you’re in the depths of it or in retrospect. Menarche (becoming a maiden and you first bleed), Matrescence (becoming a mother), Menopause (moving into your Maga and Wisdom years).

  • reconnect with the wisdom of your body and cycle

Honouring the beginning of your cycle & the transition into womanhood- Menarche

For girls and women wanting to reclaim a positive, empowered relationship with their cycle.

Honouring Matrescence & the becoming of a mother

For women who are pregnant, postpartum, in the early years of motherhood, or deeper into her motherhood experience and feeling like this transition was never acknowledged. Women who are moving into this phase of life and deciding not to mother children, unable to mother children or mothering creative births.

A space to be held through the identity shifts, emotional intensity, and quiet loss of self…
and to reconnect to who you are becoming.

🔥 Menopause Mage

Honouring the transition into wise womanhood

For women moving through perimenopause and menopause, and those nearing it.

A space to understand your changing body, reclaim your power, and step into this next phase with clarity and strength.

Meet Rach

A yoga teacher, women’s circle holder, postpartum doula, motherhood mentor and lifelong advocate for women’s health and empowerment.

As women we hold a lot, often carrying the emotional, mental, household load. We are most often the ones holding it all together for everyone else, but who’s there to hold us?

We navigate life changing transitions as women, rites of passage that often go ignored, under supported, and leave us feeling drained, unseen, depleted and pathologized.

The work that I do through The Nesting Space is designed to support women, particularly mothers, in navigating rites of passage- whether that be in the depths of them as they’re occurring or in retrospect- such as Menarche (our first bleed), Matrescence (becoming a mother), Menopause (becoming a wise woman).

Not only do these shifts alter us physically forever, they cause changes to our identity, values, interests and desires. We should not and can not continue to ignore them, leave them uncelebrated and unwitnessed. They can both some of the most challenging and beautiful times of our lives and too many of us navigate them feeling alone.

I’m here to support you through these transitions and connect you to other women navigating them too. So we can all feel supported, seen and valued in our community.

I create spaces for women to step out of survival and reconnect to themselves.

Through yoga, circle, and shared experience, I hold space for the real, raw, and often unspoken parts of being a woman moving through life’s transitions.

This work is about:

  • being seen

  • being heard

  • and remembering the wisdom that already lives within you
